I participated in a 48-hour hackathon hosted by my workplace, Asurion, in February 2023. Expectations for each team were to have a live coded demo of the product we designed and prepare a presentation of our research to show the judges.
My role involved designing the presentation and gathering research to position our product idea, a chatbot called Asurion AI+, from a user and business perspective to gauge potential impact.
The goal for our presentation was to stand out from other teams (many of which used an Asurion PPT template) and engage the judges by telling a good story. After creating a quick brand outline in Adobe Illustrator, I made the presentation in PowerPoint and incorporated transitions and the provided Asurion-branded illustrations.
